Was established 20 years ago in Oporto (Portugal), being a company specialized in the development and management of productions of Woven Apparel and Circular Knit Garments in Portugal, China and Bangladesh, having own offices and permanent staff in all 3 locations.

We offer our clients a full-priced product providing complete solutions that go from Concept & Design, Graphic Design, Sourcing, Product Development, Bulk Production with strict in-line and final QC, Inline and Final Inspections, Final Audits up to Packing Systems & Methods, Transport and Logistics.

SOURCING

Through our Sourcing department we keep ourselves and our clients updated at all times of the latest fabrics in the market, as well as printing, dyeing, coating or washing techniques and innovations.

In this case, and if wanted, our design department present in- dividual proposals for each client that go from trend/mood- boards and print-artworks proposals, up to detailed Technical Files and development.

DESIGN

Besides following strictly our clientʼs needs & demands, we also have our own Design Department that can provide an im- portant service in giving our clients an extra support on fashion & style proposals following their briefings as well as their col- lections and brand orientation.

SAMPLES

The sampling process is a huge part of each collection design, and we khow how important this is to every brand. So we provide a full sampling service for each cieny, since the collection development, through the pattern and studies to the final sample for presentation

SHORT TERM DELIVERY:
Through our Portuguese manufacturing chain we can offer our clients production and delivery within 3/5 weeks after fabric & colour approval, respecting all necessary procedures required (Factory Audits, Quality Audits, Full Lab-tests, Packing systems and methods, Labelling & trimmings, Inline and Final Inspections).

LONG TERM DELIVERY:
Through our Bengali manufacturing chain we can provide 10/12 weeks production after fabric & colour approval, respecting all necessary procedures required (Factory Audits, Quality Audits, Full Lab-tests, Pa- cking systems and methods, Labelling & trimmings, Inline and Final Inspections).
We also put at our clientʼs disposal a full DDP conditions service & delivery.

MEDIUM TERM DELIVERY:
In the case of our Chinese manufacturing chain we can provide 4/6 weeks production after fabric & colour approval, respecting all necessary procedures required (Factory Audits, Quality Audits, Full Lab-tests, Packing systems and methods, Labelling & trimmings, Inline and Final Inspections). We also put at our clientʼs disposal a full DDP conditions service & delivery.

This goal is achieved through recycling , the use of organic fibers , washings in short cycles that reduce the water consumption and reduce the use the detergents in all the garments.
